This recipe is from Busy Woman's Cookbook. Authored by Sharon and Gene McFall. Ingredients:
2/3 cup chocolate syrup, chilled |
2 cups cold coffee |
2 cups vanilla ice cream |
1 tablespoon whipped topping |
Directions:
1. Place syrup and coffee in blender container. 2. Cover and blend on high speed. 3. Add ice cream, cover and blend until smooth. 4. Serve over ice, top with whipped topping. |
