This is a great brownie recipe that uses only egg whites so a little lower in fat. Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
1 1/4 cups sugar |
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa |
3 tablespoons instant coffee |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup oil |
1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla |
4 egg whites |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350. 2. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, coffee, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. 3. Combine oil, vanilla, and egg whites. Beat 1 minute. 4. Add dry ingredients. Beat until well combined. 5. Spread into greased square baking dish. 6. Bake at 350 for 18-23 minutes. Cool completely and sprinkle w/ powdered sugar. |
