This recipe goes with Flounder with a Warm Sauce of Capers, Olives, and Tomatoes Ingredients:
1/4 cup dried tomatoes |
1/4 cup pitted ripe olives |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley |
1 tablespoon capers |
1/2 cup olive oil |
4 plum tomatoes, chopped |
Directions:
1. Process first 4 ingredients in a food processor until coarsely chopped. With processor running, pour oil through food chute in a slow, steady stream. Add tomatoes, and pulse until blended. |
