3/4 cup chopped onion |
1 tablespoon minced garlic |
1/2 cup chopped walnuts |
1/4 cup pine nuts |
1/2 cup white wine vinegar |
3 tablespoons drained capers |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. In a medium skillet over low heat, heat oil. Add onions and garlic, stirring until soft and translucent, 5-6 minutes. 2. Add walnuts and pine nuts and cook for 2 minutes. 3. Add vinegar, capers, salt and pepper and cook for 1 minute to blend flavors. |
