It's easy and fast. It goes well with crab cakes, a fresh light salad, or fish. Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil |
2 limes, juiced |
2 tablespoons capers |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley |
1 clove garlic, minced |
salt and ground black pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Whisk olive oil, lime juice, capers, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. |
