Got this recipe from a friend at church who took a class on preparing it. Something a little different in the pasta arena. Ingredients:
1 lb angel hair pasta, cooked |
8 ounces italian sausage |
2 hot hungarian peppers |
1/2 cup sun-dried tomato, julienne |
1 tablespoon garlic, minced |
8 ounces small shrimp |
4 cups fresh spinach |
8 ounces olive oil |
8 ounces chicken broth |
1/4 cup basil, chopped |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in large skillet, brown sausage. Add garlic, hot peppers, allow to brown and blister. Add remaining ingredients all to boil. Add pasta, adjust seasoning. |
