Cap City Diner's mashed potatoes Ingredients:
2 quarts diced potatoes |
1/2 lb butter |
1/2 cup buttermilk |
2 tablespoons fresh chives |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Simmer potatoes until fork tender. 2. Heat buttermilk and butter. 3. Mash potatoes and slowly add buttermilk and butter. 4. Season with salt, pepper, and fresh chives. |
