Another old family favorite-this is a quick, easy supper for busy nights. It works served over rice or over noodles.
Ingredients:
2 1/2-3 lbs chicken, cut up
10 ounces apricot preserves
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sherry wine
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
Directions:
1. Place chicken in greased oblong (9x13)baking dish.
2. Combine remaining ingredients pour over chicken.
3. Bake at 325 for 1 hour, turning occasionally.
4. Thicken sauce with corn starch if desired.
