This cool drink recipe comes from the May 2007 Smoothies & Summer Drinks. Ingredients:
3 cups cantaloupe, seeded, peeled, cubed |
2 (6 ounce) containers orange flavored yogurt, low fat |
1/2 cup orange juice, chilled |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into a blender, then cover & blend until almost smooth. 2. Pour into tall glasses & enjoy! |
