1/2 cantaloupe, finely diced |
3/4 cup red pepper, finely diced |
1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped |
3 green onions, finely chopped, use green & white parts |
1 lime, juice of |
1 pinch salt |
1 pinch chili pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. Remove seeds and rind from cantaloupe. 2. Dice cantaloupe into small pieces.Put in a bowl. 3. Add diced red pepper, cilantro, green onions and lime juice. Stir. 4. Add pinch of salt and pepper flakes. Chill. |
