A fruit salad served in half a cantaloupe; great for breakfast.
Ingredients:
1 cantaloupe, cut in half with serrated edges
1 banana, cut in slices
1 plum, chopped
1 apple, cut in chunks
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons almonds, sliced
Directions:
1. Mix the salad.
2. Pace in cantaloupe half.
3. Top with 1/2 cup yogurt and 1 tablespoon sliced almonds.
