This is a great dressing for fruit salad or even fruit kabobs. Ingredients:
1 cup cubed cantaloupe |
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt |
4 teaspoons white sugar |
Directions:
1. In the container of a blender, combine the cantaloupe, yogurt and sugar. Blend until smooth. Chill or serve immediately. |
