I had some leftover cantaloupe so thought I'd whip it up in a smoothie. Ingredients:
250 g cantaloupes, cut into chunks |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
100 g yoghurt |
1 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute |
ice (optional) |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. |
