Ingredients:
1 medium cantaloupe, peeled and cubed |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup milk |
1 cup self rising flour or 1 cup bisquick |
1 egg |
1 cup melted butter |
Directions:
1. Place melon in a casserole dish. 2. Combine all the other ingredients,mix well. 3. pour over melon. 4. Bake 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. |
