Cantaloupe and raspberries are blended with yogurt. This is great when cantaloupe is in season. Try it with strawberries in place of the raspberries! Ingredients:
1/2 cantaloupe - peeled, seeded and cubed |
1/2 cup plain yogurt |
1 cup raspberries |
3 tablespoons white sugar |
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine cantaloupe chunks, yogurt, raspberries and sugar. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. |
