Cantaloupe, Berry and Pineapple Smoothie |

Although I tweaked the recipe below, the original was found in the 2003 cookbook, Slim Smoothies. Ingredients:
1 cup cranberry juice |
1 cup cantaloupe, diced |
1 cup blackberry |
1 cup pineapple, diced |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender & mix, using the on/off pulse function until mostly blended, then continue mixing, gradually increasing the speed, until the mixture is smooth. 2. Pour into 2 glasses & enjoy! |
