Here's an easy way to dress up your cantalope. Ingredients:
1 medium cantalope, chilled |
2 cup seedless green grapes |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
2 tbsp + 2 tsp frozen orange juice concentrate |
Directions:
1. Cut the cantalope lengthwise in half and clean out the seeds. 2. Cut each half into 3 lengthwise portions and remove the rind. 3. Place each cantalope wedge on a serving dish on a lettuce leaf. 4. Place 1/3 cup grapes around each melon wedge. 5. Mix mayonnaise and orange juice concentrate together well and spoon over individual portions. 6. Serve immediately. |
