This is a huge recipe but if you make it for a party, you'll be surprised at how quickly it disappears! Hands down, the best dip I've ever made. Ingredients:
2 cans white shoepeg corn |
1/2 bell pepper, chopped |
1/2 red onion, chopped |
9-12 oz. green chiles, chopped |
15 slices jalapeno, chopped (from jar) |
1 c. mayo (not miracle whip) |
1 c. sour cream |
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Chill for 4 hours. 3. Serve with Frito's Scoops or tortilla chips. |
