This is a recipe passed down from my mother. I make these everytime my DH's company has a cook-out and always get request for the recipe. You can double and triple this recipe without any problems. It also freezes well. Ingredients:
1 lb van camp's pork & beans (can) |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
2 tablespoons ketchup |
1 tablespoon molasses |
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled |
1 small onion, chopped |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 350 degrees. 2. Mix all ingredients together in an 1-quart baking dish. 3. Bake for 45 minutes. |
