Ingredients:

1 c. white sugar

1/4 c. milk

1/4 c. cocoa

1/4 c. butter

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients and bring to strong boil.
2. Boil for one minute and then let cool; add 1 teaspoon vanilla and beat until thick enought to spread.
