Cannoli Pudding With Ricotta And Cherries |

Rich and creamy, and a little different from the norm. Love this one. From my friend Carrie. Chill 30 minutes. Ingredients:
15 ounces ricotta cheese |
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips |
1/4 cup chopped pecans |
1/4 cup chopped maraschino cherries |
3 tablespoons sugar |
3 tablespoons whipping cream |
whole maraschino cherries (garnish) |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, beat ricotta cheese until smooth. 2. Stir in the chocolate chips, pecans, cherries, sugar and cream. Spoon into dessert dishes. 3. Refrigerate until serving. 4. Garnish with whole cherries if desired. |
