Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
1/4 cup shelled roasted, salted pistachios, chopped |
1 (6 ounce) box archer farmsĀ® dark chocolate filled butter wafer cookies |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the ricotta, sugar, and vanilla until the sugar dissolves. Divide among 6 cups. 2. Sprinkle the pistachios on top and serve with the waffle cookies. |
