this is a oldie but goody, something i loved as a kid on thanksgiving
Ingredients:
6 large yams, or canned yams
1 cup water
1 lb of brown sugar
2 cups of mini marshmallows
butter
Directions:
1. Prep yams as always, or use canned yams
2. place in casserole dish, then butter to taste
3. add water, the brown sugar
4. top with marshmallows
5. bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minuntes, or intill the mashmallows are bubbly
6. coll for 10 min before you serve
