A different type of chef salad Ingredients:
2 -20 ounces canned cannellini beans |
1/3 cup olive oil |
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar |
1 garlic clove (minced) |
2 teaspoons oregano |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper |
1/4 lb sliced ham (slivered) |
2 ounces salami |
1/4 lb mozzarella cheese (slivered) |
1/4 cup sliced roasted red pepper |
lettuce |
Directions:
1. Drain beans. 2. mix oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt & pepper together. 3. stir in beans. 4. add ham, salami,mozzarella and peppers. 5. toss. 6. serve over lettuce. |
