If you're a garlic lover, feel free to add one or two extra cloves of garlic to this creamy dip. Ingredients:
1 (15.5-ounce) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained |
1 garlic clove |
2 tablespoons minced red onion |
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley |
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil |
1 tablespoon water |
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor; process to a spreadable consistency. Cover and chill until ready to serve. |
