Sweet pudding- healthy made with beans Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can white kidney beans |
1/4 cup splenda sugar substitute |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/3 cup egg beaters egg substitute |
2/3 cup plain fat-free yogurt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. 3. Grease a pie tin or baking pan. 4. Pour ingredients into pan. 5. Bake for 30 minutes or until brown. |
