This is one of my party life savers. It's simple and easy and is great for anyone with a food intolerance (well I think so). You could leave out the cashew nut paste if you have a nut allergy. Ingredients:
1 (200 g) can cannellini beans |
1 spring onion, chopped |
2 tablespoons cashew nuts paste |
1/2 teaspoon citric acid |
Directions:
1. Place beans,chopped spring onions, cashew nut paste and citric acid in food processor and process until smooth. 2. Enjoy! |
