An old recipe and not many instructions are given. I'm guessing. Check Ball book for better times. Looks good though.
Ingredients:
3 quarts tomatoes, peeled diced
1 quart carrot, peeled, diced
2 heads cabbage, cut fine
3 onions, diced
2 green peppers, diced
2 tablespoons salt
2 quarts water
Directions:
1. Cook all ingredients in large kettle for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
2. Pack in sterilized jars and seal well.
3. Now I would guess to pressure cook for 90 minutes. However, just to be safe check times in Ball book.
