4 sweet potatoes, peeled cubed |
2 lbs ham steaks, diced |
1 cup water |
4 cups ham stock |
1/2 teaspoon ginger, crushed |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
Directions:
1. cook all together until potatoes are 1/2 cooked 2. pack into 2 quart jars 3. pressure cook at 11 lbs pressure 90 minutes as always check ball book. |
