Ingredients:
1 carton(s) fresh peaches..equal to a peck (9#'s) |
6 cup(s) granulated sugar |
12 teaspoon(s) ball fruit fresh....1 teas. per pint |
Directions:
1. Peel & Slice Peaches 2. Lean pint jar and place peach slices 3. Add 1/2 cup sugar 4. Add 1 teaspoon Fruit Fresh 5. Pour cold water (about a cup per jar) slowly over peaches, shaking a bit to 6. get water through sugar 7. Place in boiling water bath, covering at least 1 above jars...25 minutes 8. Cool, shake every now & then if sugar is not disolved...(it will eventually) 9. Store in dark pantry or cupboard. |
