Candy's Black Bean and Corn Salsa |

Scoop up with fresh tortilla chips or serve over a bed of iceberg lettuce. Just a bit different from your everyday black bean and corn salsa, and oh so good! Make a day in advance if you can. Keeps well for several days. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained |
1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained |
1/3 cup cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced |
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped |
1/4 cup red onion, diced |
1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced |
1/2 cup italian salad dressing (i use homemade) |
0.5 (12 ounce) bottle heinz chili sauce |
salt and pepper |
southwest seasoning (3-4 good shakes) or cajun seasoning (3-4 good shakes) |
Directions:
1. Combine all vegetables in a bowl. 2. Add dressing, chili sauce, and seasonings and toss. |
