CANDY EASTER EGGS This recipe comes from my personal collection. I make these every Easter by the dozens for all the kids in the family. They love them. Tried and true and loved by all. Enjoy. Ingredients:
1 box confectioners’ sugar |
2 cups coconut |
1 stick butter |
1/3 cup white corn syrup |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix, chill and shape into balls. 2. For potatoes roll in cinnamon. 3. For eggs dip in chocolate and 1/4 teaspoon of paraffin wax. |
