Candy Covered Peanut Butter Bars

Easy dessert bars. Bars a very rich, but if you eat them in moderation they are great.
Ingredients:
1 roll refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough (16.5 oz.)
3/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup m&m
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°F In ungreased 13x9 in pan, break up cookie dough and press evenly in the bottom of the pan to make a crust. Bake 12 minutes or until starting to brown. Let cool completely for about 30 minutes.
2. In medium bowl, beat 1/2 cup of the butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Spread mixture over crust.
3. In saucepan, melt chocolate chips and remaining 1/4 cup butter over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and cool about 10 minutes.
4. Stir whipping cream into chocolate mixture and mix until well blended. Sprinkle M&M's on top. Refrigerate about an hour or until chocolate is set before serving.
