Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup melted butter
3/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
1 cup pecans, chopped
5 granny smith apples, peeled cored,sliced thin
5 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
8 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup heavy cream, whipped
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup caramel topping
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
1. CRUST:Mix first 4 ingredients and press into a 10 inch pie pan up sides also.
2. Bake 375° for 6-8 minutes or golden.
3. Remove and cool.
4. Pour caramel in bottom of crust and sprinkle with pecans,chill.
5. FILLING:In a large skillet melt butter add brown sugar,salt,cinnamon add apples cook for 15-20 minutes or until tender cool 10 minutes pour into pie shel.
6. TOPPING:With a mixer beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth add egg,lemon juice,and vanilla pour over apple filling.
7. Bake 30 minutes until knife comes out clean.
8. let cool and chill 4 hours then room temp.
9. 30 minutes.
10. TOPPING:Top with whipped cream caramel and pecans and swirl with a knife.
11. Slice and serve.
