Ingredients:
2-3 tablespoon(s) brandy |
3/4 cup(s) brown sugar, packed |
lots butter |
3/4 pound(s) chopped walnuts |
1.5 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
some marshmallows |
1/4 teaspoon(s) nutmet |
2 tablespoon(s) orange juice (pulp free ideally) |
1.5-2 whole(s) yams |
Directions:
1. Peel and dice yams into about 1.5-2" cubes. Boil until cooked. Mash with butter after training water (no milk). 2. Mix all other ingredients well, pour into potatoes and mix well. 3. Pour into baking pan or casserole dish and bake about 3/4 hour at 350 degrees. 4. Remove from oven and poke marshmallows into the surface. 5. Return to the oven just until marshmallows are golden brown on top. |
