Ingredients:
3 medium yams, peeled and sliced lengthwise
1/4 cup dark brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 tablespoons orange juice, fresh squeezed
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Make a mixture of orange juice, brown sugar and cinnamon.
2. Place sliced yams in a casserole dish.
3. Drizzle mixture over yams.
4. Bake until heated through in a 350* oven, 30-45 minutes.
