I found this recipe method in an email from Sara Lee. I haven't tried it yet, but didn't want to lose it. Ingredients:
1 pineapple, fresh |
1/4 cup sugar (approximately) |
Directions:
1. Peel pineapple and slice thinly. 2. On a baking tray place a sheet of non stick baking paper, sprinkle lightly with sugar. 3. Place pineapple slices onto the sugar and sprinkle top of slices with more sugar. 4. Place in an oven on low heat at 120°C/250°F and dry for about 45 minutes. 5. Let cool. |
