These look great in a holiday Tin Ingredients:
1 egg white |
1 teaspoon water...beat both together |
1 1/2 lbs raw pecan halves...(go to a nut outlet store that sells in bulk...it's much cheaper) |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon cinnamon (mix into the sugar) |
mix it all together |
spread on a cookie sheet |
Directions:
1. Bake in 250 oven 1-2 hours...I baked them for 2 hrs (just make sure they're not burning) break up nuts every 15 minutes |
