1 cup granulated sugar |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 cup milk |
2 tablespoons water |
1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, cinnamon, milk and water together, cook until mixture reaches soft ball stage, 234* on thermometer. 2. Remove from heat, stir in pecans and vanilla until mixture thickens. 3. Spread pecans on wax paper to harden. 4. Store in an airtight container. |
