Lately I've been on a candied pecans kick. They're super easy to make and my husband loves them. This is one delicious gluten free snack. /candied-pecans/ Ingredients:
2 cups pecans |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 tablespoons yacon syrup |
1/2 teaspoon celtic sea salt |
Directions:
1. 1. Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl. 2. 2. Place in a pyrex baking dish. 3. 3. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. 4. 4. Cool and serve. |
