Sweet, yet healthy Ingredients:
4 carrots |
1/2 cup water |
1 dash salt |
1 tablespoon butter |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Cut carrots in half lengthwise. 2. add water and salt in a saucepan. 3. Add carrots, cover pan, and cook until tender. 4. In separate frying pan, add butter, sugar, and das of salt. (will turn into a syrup). 5. Slide in carrots and turn few times. Let cook about 5 minutes. |
