Tangy, Southern Style Pulled Pork Ingredients:
1000 g pork tenderloin |
1 cup bullseye bbq sauce |
1 tsp black pepper |
1 tsp garlic powder |
1 tsp cayenne pepper |
2 tbsp horseradish |
3 tbsp paprika |
2 tbsp onion powder |
1 tsp thyme, dried |
2 tbsp chili powder |
2 tbsp cider vinegar |
1 tbsp ground mustard |
1 tbsp parsely flakes, dried |
1 tbsp dijon mustard |
1 tsp salt |
1 tbsp splenda brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine all dry seasonings in a bowl 2. Rub on outside of pork tenderloin 3. Roast pork for 6-8 hours at 250 degrees 4. Shred pork 5. Add all wet ingredients to shredded pork 6. Simmer for 20 minutes to combine all flavors 7. Serve 8. Makes 12, 3-4 ounce portions |
