Homemade peanut butter chip cookie dough dipped in chocolate! Need I say anything else?!?!?! Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened |
3/4 cup packed brown sugar |
2 cups all-purpose flour |
1 (14oz) can eagle brand sweetened milk |
1 tsp vanilla |
1/2 cup peanut butter chips |
1.5 lbs chocolate almond bark |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and brown sugar till fluffy 2. Add flour, milk, and vanilla 3. Mix well 4. Stir in peanut butter chips 5. Shape into 1 inch balls 6. Place on wax paper lined cookie sheet 7. Place in fridge for 1 to 2 hours or until firm 8. Melt almond bark in microwave till smooth 9. Dip balls in almond bark 10. Place on wax paper lined cookie sheet 11. Place in fridge till firm, about 15 minutes 12. **if desired, melt leftover peanut butter chips and drizzle over chocolate coated balls before placing in fridge** 13. ***store in fridge*** |
