1 lb ground chicken |
1/4 cup oats |
1/2 cup onion, minced |
1/8 teaspoon ground coriander |
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme |
1/4 cup tomato sauce |
1 egg, beaten |
1 tablespoon roasted sunflower seeds |
3 tablespoons canned diced green chiles |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and place in a loaf pan. 2. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until cooked through. |
