Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken
1/4 cup oats
1/2 cup onion, minced
1/8 teaspoon ground coriander
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon roasted sunflower seeds
3 tablespoons canned diced green chiles
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and place in a loaf pan.
2. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until cooked through.
