1 tablespoon butter |
4 slices canadian bacon |
8 eggs |
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated |
2 teaspoons parsley, finely chopped |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Use butter to grease 4 shallow 1-cup ramekins. 3. Line bottom of dishes with Canadian bacon, cutting to fit if necessary. 4. Carefully break 2 eggs, side by side, into each dish. 5. Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over eggs. 6. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until eggs are just set and cheese is melted. 7. Sprinkle with parsley and pepper and serve. |
