Canadian Bacon Potato Quiche |

With all the holiday brunches, this is literally easy as pie! Ingredients:
1 refrigerated pie crust |
1 c country style diced potatoes, thawed |
1 c 1/2 inch pieces of fresh asparagus |
1 c diced canadian bacon |
1 1/2 c havarti, shredded (6 oz) |
4 eggs |
1 c milk |
1/2 t marjoram |
1/4 t salt |
Directions:
1. 375 oven 2. Prepare crust as directed on package 3. Bake about 8 minutes or until golden 4. Layer potaoes, asparagus, bacon and cheese in partially baked crust 5. Beat eggs, milk, marjoram & salt, blend well 6. Pour over mixture in pie shell 7. Bake 40 – 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean 8. Let stand 5 minutes 9. 8 servings |
