thanks to my canadian friend she tuaght me how to make this delicious brunch but i made a few changes 35 carbs per serving Ingredients:
1 whole wheat pizza crust |
3 ounces pizza-style canadian-style bacon, quartered |
1 11-ounce can mandrarin orange sections, drained |
1 8-ounce can pineapple tidbits, drained |
1/2 cup chopped green sweet pepper |
1 tablespoon snipped fresh basil |
3/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese |
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. 1. bake whole wheat pizza crustas directed. arrange the canadian-style bacon, drained fruits, and sweet pepper over crust. sprinkle with the basil, then the mozzarella and the parmesan cheeses. bake in a 425 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes more or until cheese is melted and crust is browned |
