Canadian Bacon-and-Pineapple Pizzas |

Ingredients:
6 english muffins, split |
1/2 cup tub cream cheese with pineapple |
6 (3/4-ounce) slices sandwich-style canadian bacon, coarsely chopped |
1/4 cup sliced green onions |
1 (8-ounce) can unsweetened pineapple tidbits, drained |
1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) preshredded nonfat pizza cheese (a blend of nonfat mozzarella and nonfat cheddar cheeses) |
Directions:
1. Place muffin halves, cut side up, on a large baking sheet. Broil 3 minutes or until lightly toasted. 2. Preheat oven to 425°. 3. Spread about 2 teaspoons cream cheese over each muffin half. Divide Canadian bacon, green onions, and pineapple tidbits evenly among muffin halves; sprinkle each with 2 tablespoons pizza cheese. Bake at 425° for 8 minutes or until pizza cheese melts. |
