Campbell's Skillet Mac 'n' Beef |

Seasoned ground beef and corn are bathed in Campbell's Condensed Tomato soup mixed with cooked pasta and topped with Parmesan Cheese, - what a delightful mix!! Ingredients:
3/4 lb lean ground beef |
1 small onion, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning or 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can campbell's condensed tomato soup |
1/4 cup water |
1 cup corn kernel, frozen whole |
3 cups corkscrew-shaped cooked pasta, cooked without salt |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Coook beef, onion and Italian seasoning in skillet until browned. 2. Pour off fat. 3. Add soup, water and corn. 4. Heat to a boil. 5. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until corn is tender. 6. Add pasta and heat through. 7. Sprinkle with cheese. |
