Campbell's(R) Lemon Broccoli Chicken

In just 20 minutes, you can serve a rich, lemon-y chicken and rice main dish.
Ingredients:
1 lemon
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 (10.75 ounce) can campbell's® condensed cream of broccoli soup or campbell's® condensed 98% fat free cream of broccoli soup
1/2 cup milk
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 cups hot cooked regular long-grain white rice
Directions:
1. Cut 4 thin slices of lemon. Squeeze 2 teaspoons juice from remaining lemon.
2. Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
3. Add soup, milk, lemon juice and pepper. Top chicken with lemon slices. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done. Serve with rice.
